Payment Options

CafePress.com accepts credit cards and CafeCash as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Paying by Check Card
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Ordering by Phone

To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-877-809-1659 during our customer service hours of Monday - Friday, 7am to 6pm PST, Saturday 7am to 5pm PST. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name (such as White T-shirt).

For easier shopping for multiple items, add the items you want into your shopping cart and then note your shopping cart number (upper right of the white area of the screen). Local/International callers please use 1-510-877-1579.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to a California or Kentucky address.

Coupons and Discounts

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says "Coupon/Promotional Code."
• Click "Apply."
• If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.
