How long
does it take to receive my order?
In stock items
will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited
(Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered
on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if
next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and
received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude
weekends and holidays. Time in transit will depend on the shipping
method you choose. This page explains the Shipping
Options.

Can I check
my Order Status?
Check the status of any of your orders by visiting
our Order
Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the
most current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order
Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address
and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed
information about your current or past orders. If your order has
not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this
page.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may
track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take
up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on
the UPS website.

What if
I don't like something, or it breaks during shipping?
Your complete
satisfaction is very important to CafePress and OffLine! We guarantee
that if you do not like your merchandise, or it is broken, you can
return it and get your money back. This 100% satisfaction money-back
guarantee is good for 30 days.

How do I
cancel an order?
If you need
to cancel your order, simply contact Customer
Service. Please include the order number of the item that you
would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note,
if your order has already started processing, you may not be able
to cancel it.

How do I add items to my already
completed order?
If you have already completed an order and wish
to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel
your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer
Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the
item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed,
you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
How do I revise shipping & billing
information for an order?
If you have
completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information,
please call CafePress toll-free at (877) 809-1659 (Local/International
customers may call 1-402-517-4480). Please have your order number
ready when calling.
I do not
live in the United States. May I still buy merchandise?
You sure can!
We ship merchandise all over the world! See the Shipping
page for more details.

What is
the printing process used on the t-shirts?
We use a dye
sublimation printing process for mugs and mousepads and direct to
garment printing and digital transfers for apparel. These processes
are similar in quality to screen printing, with no image cracking,
peeling or fading.

What
about XXL T-shirts?
We offer 2X,
3X and 4X shirts and Women's Plus sizes 1 - 5.

May I pay
by check or money order?
Unfortunately
we can no longer accept checks or money orders. If you wish to pay
with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was
a regular credit card.
